Music Venue Hire

The Jam Jar is nestled in the heart of St. Judes, Bristol. We are a dynamic independent music venue boasting a capacity of 210-240 guests. With a lively atmosphere, we play host to live music and DJ events 5-6 days a week. Following a recent renovation, our expanded facilities now include a secondary room featuring a comfortable seating area, additional private toilets, a water station, a cloakroom, and a convenient can bar.

Our license allows us to accommodate events on: 

  • Sunday-Wednesday:  10AM - 12AM 

  • Thursday: 10AM - 1AM 

  • Fridays and Saturdays: 10AM - 2AM

Our venue hire fees start at **£250+VAT and includes: 

  • A premium L-Accoustics PA System / DJ equipment (CDJ 3000s + A9 Mixer) 

  • In-house Sound Engineer

  • Venue staffing (Venue Manager, Bar Staff, SIA, *box office not included in hire price) 

  • Use of lighting kit (to take full advantage of our wide range of lighting available we suggest hiring a lighting engineer or bringing one in) 

  • Additional backline available at a fee

Additional Facilities :

  • Green Room behind the stage with sofas, fridge, kettle, coffee table, and wi-fi. 

  • Staff toilet and shower opposite green room available to artists. 

  • Free parking is available in the car park opposite The Jam Jar by Nova Aluminium Ltd from 5pm-6am weeknights, and 5pm-11am on weekends
