N.B. All studios are currently full - we are not accepting new tenants at this time

Our work spaces host a diverse creative community, currently including musicians, artists, startups, traders, thinkers, and makers. Rates for rooms vary according to size, so please get in touch for availability and specifications. Some desks and furniture are available if needed.

Renting a work space includes:

• High-speed fibre-optic broadband

• All-inclusive bills (light, power, water, no VAT)

• Low deposit, flexible lease and no additional costs

• Bicycle access

• x2 break-out areas

• 24/7 access

• Access to the roof terrace with herb garden, and the kitchen with a selection of teas and coffees

• Use of The Snug area with comfy sofas and a piano

• Use of the venue space when needed
